As long as I can remember, my dad's family would talk about visits in dreams from relatives that were no longer with us. This was always considered quite normal and I accepted it as such. When I was in my late 20's I started receiving messages as well. I accepted this as part of life - nothing unusual. A sort of "other side" email.

When I grew older I had other several different experiences of a spiritual nature. Flashbacks of Past Lives, a visitation from my Spirit Animal, (I hardly knew anything about Spirit Animals), along with various other communications from the spirits of different living creatures. This is why I call myself a Spirit Medium. The metaphysical realm of spirit is vast, like our earth plane, and we can access it in many ways.

I was fortunate to have had two teachers, or mentors. My last mentor was also a dear friend that I could call and ask, or share, anything and get her opinion. It's not easy to have someone to talk to about these things. That's why I've started a Spirit Talk Get Together on Patreon for people to share metaphysical experiences and ask questions in a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere. I am doing this to honor my mentor and friend...
